Our palletizer went down and in progress of working on it the screen quit functioning as well. Contacted Caleb at Genesis he came right away and looked at machine, ordered a new screen went above and beyond to locate one, and came and installed it. I had the pleasure to work with Caleb on some window Equipment that he helped create years ago. To my amazement he still had all the info on the units as well as able to program new PLC’s for the units. We worked on the internet and phone for the whole project with great success!!
